Somehow, either due to my inexperience or due to the way Tripod responds to file transfers, the link on the webpage to the FLM league file did not work properly. It was simply opened as a ZIP file using notepad. I have therefore created this instruction page for access to the league file. Simply right click on the link below and select "Save Target As..." on your menu. Select the appropriate directory to place the league file in and then click "Save." Hopefully this will work for you.
